All the trees will be decorated around the theme, Let Heaven and Nature Sing. So, look for a Christmas tree in the windows of stores and businesses to indicate that inside is a whimsical, wonderfully decorated tree.
Every cent, every dollar raised through Deck The Trees benefits the Fuel Fund of the Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministry (SVCM), so as you visit the trees in person or explore them on this website, pick out two or three of your favorite trees and make a donation in person at each tree’s collection box or online. Or send a check made out to SVCM and mark it for Deck The Trees - Wie Eye Care. The address is SVCM, P.O. Box 235, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
We hope these trees will bring warmth, light, and joy to you as we close out 2022 and as we all work to help keep our sisters and brothers warm.
